Creating a MySQA Password

You sign into your MySQA account with your username and password.

Passwords must meet the following requirements

• Must be between 8 and 20 characters
• Must contain at least 1 lower case letter
• Must contain at least 1 upper case letter
• Must contain at least 1 number
• Must not contain your first name, last name or username or the word password
• A valid password must only utilise the following characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, @%+!#^$:~

You should create a password that's secure, but still easy for you to remember. After creating your password, protect it. Don't share your password with others and avoid using the same password for other online accounts.

Note: SQA will never ask you to provide your password by email.
